Land Location:  Corner of Mustang Rd & County Rd. 230 – Lane Co., Ks.  

Legal’s:  NW/4 Sec. 9 – 17 - 28 West of the 6th P.M.  Lane Co., Ks less a Home site tract. Selling approx. 154 Acres. 

Taxes:  2025 Taxes were $ 965.66.  2025 Mineral Taxes were$ 162.78.  2025 Taxes and all prior years taxes will be paid by the seller.  2026 Taxes will be prorated to day of closing.  Minerals:  Producing Oil Well.  All owner’s share of minerals will sell with the land.

FSA Information:  Farmland Acres 150.55;  Cropland & DCP Cropland Acres 149.11.   Wheat Base Acres is 90.07 with a PLC Yield of 44 bu.; Grain Sorghum Base Acres is 45.03 with a PLC yield of 43 bu.
